Sibusiso Mabengwana is a business man and also an artist which goes by the stage name Sbu82.
He was born in Eastern Cape in a small town in Transkei called Ngqamakwe but now currently reside in Daveyton Barcelona in Benoni Johannesburg.
He fell inlove with music when he realised his passion for music. Hunger for success motivated him to do music he is currently doing. He have released a song called Shosholoza which features young talents such as Snip3r and Celza Injakagogo who is also the producer and introductory vocal on Umuzi eSandton by Big Zulu & Lwa Ndlunkulu. They have also shot a Music Video for this song.
His best Highlights has been performing and sharing the music he make to the audience and also seeing how much they appreciated his musicsic. He wish to empower the South African youth with information and skills that will help them better South African way of living, either through his business and most importantly by his Music.
His message to the youth is that they must know that information is power and he would love to say to the youth "Take your passion and turn it into your Profession".
"Covid-19 affected me alot because I could get any gigs which is something I love doing and the rules & regulations were limiting the audience and fans but luckily the internet and virtual space saved us alot even though we had to go through a learning phase first", he says.
