Thapelo Mphahlele, well Known As TeePee Lehipi is a Conscious rapper, Songwriter and a Music Producer from Rustenburg Meriting
(TeePee Lehipi EARLY LIFE), born on the 15th of September 1996
TeePee Lehipi started Music in 2013 after parting ways with their former group Knock Out Gang. He Now Started a Duo Group with His Best Friend Vuyo Mtongo Known As Slim Crank inspirations comes from the likes of Tupac Shakur, Tory Lanez, Pdoto, Blacklez and Brenda Fassie.
Their first song Jakalas which was released in 2018, 2 December, made a lot of waves on social media it also reached more than 30k downloads in less than a month.
His goal and Ambition is to build a centre for all the homeless people in their city in the long run as this is a need and also a record company in order to help aspiring musicians in Rustenburg to be able to get the recognition they deserve.
TeePee Lehipi dropped a Single Titled 'Monate Fela' on the 25th August 2021 featuring Tru ITown from maftown and Zulufarian Beatz from Rustenburg (Tlhabane) and he’s Been Touring Around Rustenburg
He also Shot a Music Video For the song which will be Dropped January 2022, also working on an EP.
Covid 19 affected him in terms of events, he didn’t get more bookings as he used to get this year but it also helped him because he spent alot of my time in the Studio working on his project
